Customer Support Division


The customer support division is structured in such a way, which can cater to all the clients as and when required & desired by them. This division has proved a valuable asset for our clients. The division brings out newsletters appraising the clients of the changes in systems and also some unique solutions that COMTEK has provided to its clients.

This division has the following wings.

Help Desk

The senior managers with support staff attend the call received by them on telephone / fax / email (Internet) on this desk and try to sort out the difficulties / problems through communications. The clients also enjoy the privilege of conveying their need even after the closer of business hours on answering machine.

Remote centre support

One senior officer with dedicated line attends to the outstation calls from remote centres. This desk is specially designed to reduce communication cost.

Training & Implementation

Training schedules are carefully designed by evaluating the client’s knowledge about computers and computerization, the organizational structure and the staff available. It has been the precedent at COMTEK to train the client’s personnel at client’s venue.

The clients are regularly educated about the upgrades by conducting seminars and all existing users of the system are invited. An extra effort is put in for implementing COMTEK product where client is already using similar software and seeking a cross upgrade for migrating old codification and structures into the new system within the structure of the new system.

Onsite support

Cases needing professional skills and could not be solved by the Help desk using clients operators help are reported to the onsite support. COMTEK then deputes personnel that solve the problem at clients site.

Software Division


Company's valuable assets are its well-trained staff. The staff is equipped with complete knowledge on the state of the art hardware and software. In addition, the staff is also well versed with the dynamic changes of business requirements. The company also supports their products by way of annual maintenance contract where the clients need the changes in the software to meet the requirement as imposed on them by the regulating authorities.

The Company is having its registered office at Ghatkopar, Mumbai with branch network at Vadodara & Chennai. All the required divisions of the Company are well equipped with latest hardware & the required software, other electronic equipments & communication tools.
